董泓汝，出生于1985.10, 女，回族。2012年6月毕业于西北师范大学化学化工学院有机化学专业，取得硕士学位；2015年6月毕业于兰州大学功能有机国家重点实验室有机合成专业，获得理学博士学位。2012年9月进入兰州文理学院化学化工学院从事有机化学教学及实验室工作。在工作期间主要承担本专科《有机化学》、《有机化学实验》、《有机化合物波谱分析》、《化工文献检索》和《天然产物化学》等5门课程的教学。2015年获兰州文理学院校级微课比赛最佳教学设计奖。2016年在第三届甘肃省高校青年教师教学大赛中获得二等奖, 近年来，在《Green Chemistry》、《RSC Advances》等国际SCI权威期刊发表论文15篇。
